1.1. Licensing: All sample packs offered by Sample Agency are provided with a 100% royalty-free license. This means you are authorized to use the samples in your original music compositions without additional payment to Sample Agency. However, this license is subject to the following conditions:

1.2. Restrictions: You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the sample packs themselves, whether individually or as part of another sample pack or library. You may not claim ownership of the original samples.

2. Purchase and Refund Policy

2.1. Pricing: Prices for sample packs are as listed on our website. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. All payments are made through secure payment processors.

2.2. Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds after the sample/preset packs have been purchased. If you encounter technical issues with your download, please contact our support team at info@sample.agency.
